A specialized NHS Foundation Trust in the UK seeks a Registered Mental Health Staff Nurse to provide compassionate care to individuals with mental health needs. As a Registered Mental Health Staff Nurse, you will deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to individuals with mental health needs. You will carry out clinical assessments, plan and implement evidence-based interventions, monitor progress, administer medication safely, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.
We are a specialist NHS Foundation Trust that provides community, mental health and learning disability services for the people of Barnsley, Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield. We also provide low and medium secure services and are the lead for the west Yorkshire secure provider collaborative.
