A prominent UK health trust is actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for the Emergency Department. As a Band 5 Nurse, you will provide excellent patient care and have access to a comprehensive development package, including training and a Preceptorship programme. Candidates should have at least 12 months of RN experience, possess excellent communication skills, and show a strong commitment to teamwork. You will have access to the departmental education team and have the opportunity to develop and progress your career as you work towards the RCN Level 1 and Level 2 competencies.
The work-load throughout the department is very varied and interesting with no two days being the same. The successful candidate have at least 12 months experience working as an RN, must be dynamic, possess excellent communication skills, and have a high sense of professionalism and a strong belief in the value of teamwork.
