A leading healthcare provider in Harrogate is seeking a part-time Staff Nurse for their Continence team. The role involves conducting patient assessments, providing care, and supporting nursing duties in community settings. Candidates must be registered nurses with significant experience and skills in assessing complex health needs. This permanent position offers a salary ranging from £31,049 to £37,796 per annum pro rata, with a focus on delivering high standards of care to patients and their families.

Staff nurse to support the Specialist Community continence team and Community Nursing Teams to perform continence assessments in community residential homes, patients’ own homes and reassess patients when requirements change. They will provide education and signpost patients and carers to manage their needs.
Clinical
To undertake the provision of high standards of assessment and nursing care in relation to the Continence Team.
To plan, implement and smoking episodes of care.
To plan and organise workload and delegate to отсутствие staff when necessary.
To undertake nursing assessment, diagnosis and treatment appropriately.
To undertake generic assessments on behalf of the team.
To contribute towards the development of joint protocols, record keeping and каждому information systems within the requirements of national and professional standards.

To be proficient in the use of the technical and ordinary equipment required for the fulfilment of your role.
To ensure personal compliance with the NMC requirements for professional registration and practice.
To contribute to achieving Trust standards including clinical governance and other agreed quality standards within the Integrated Care Team and monitor compliance through audit as required.
