A major international sports organization seeks a Stadium Liaison Coordinator to support the coordination of events and liaise with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include organizing meetings, managing documentation, and financial administration. Ideal candidates will have experience in coordination and strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role offers a competitive salary, a chance to work on a high-profile event, and requires occasional travel across the UK and Ireland.
As Stadium Liaison Coordinator, you will support the coordination and day-to-day liaison between UK & Ireland 2028 Limited, UEFA, our host stadium partners and stakeholders. This is a coordination-focused role at the heart of tournament planning. You'll support the Stadium Liaison team by keeping activity organised, information flowing and logistics well managed - from meetings and working visits through to documentation, budgets and milestone events.
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a major international tournament and build experience that is genuinely difficult to replicate. You'll gain exposure to large-scale event planning, work closely with major venues and partners, and develop coordination skills that are highly transferable.

Our head office is based at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London, however, depending on your role, you may be required to travel across the UK and Ireland to our 9 stadiums and 8 host cities, with some roles being based in those locations.
Because we are an event delivery organisation, time together in person is essential for effective planning and collaboration.
In 2026, most colleagues work at least three days a week from Wembley.
In 2027, this will increase to 3-4 days a week as operations intensify.
In 2028, during tournament delivery, full-time onsite working will be required.
We're looking for someone organised, reliable and collaborative - someone who enjoys supporting complex programmes and enabling others to deliver effectively.
We offer a competitive salary (plus benefits of 25 days holiday, contributory pension, Private Medical Insurance etc), which coupled with the opportunity to be part of one of the biggest sporting events to ever take place across UK & Ireland we think makes for an exciting place to be!
