We are seeking to recruit an SSTS Administrator to join our eRostering Systems Support Team based at Assynt House in Inverness.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, confidence in using software applications, a passion for delivering a quality service, and a keen eye for detail.

As a key member of our team, you will perform routine data comparison checks between Allocate Optima and Scottish Standard Time System. You will address eRostering queries and corrections related to staff pay and absence records with clinical staff and managers.

Our workload is dynamic, and you will encounter a range of eRostering queries on various topics. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills, and gain insights to different aspects operational functions.

Required skills:
  • Proven experience using software applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Teams
  • Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and speed in data entry
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain issues and the corrective actions clearly
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of SSTS or Allocate Optima is desirable, but full training will be provided.
