Overview

Dynamic Manufacturing is seeking a Senior Engineer to create and maintain high-quality software solutions that support our manufacturing processes. The role includes custom software development using the .NET platform, integration, and support of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and troubleshooting production issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates closely with Plant Engineers, Product Managers, and other departments to plan, architect, and implement software solutions that support business processes.
• Provides on-site and remote technical support to Dynamic Manufacturing employees, escalating issues to IT resources and business partners as needed.
• Diagnoses and resolves hardware and software issues effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing operations.

Education and Experience

• BA or BS in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years of experience with the .NET platform and Entity Framework Core; full stack web development experience is a plus.
• Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Extensive experience working with both relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience collaborating with corporate executives and management-level personnel.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues, working alongside business partners.
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is a plus.
• Proficient with Windows and Linux operating systems; containerization experience is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms is a plus.
