As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth. You will manage key accounts, bring in new business, and develop relationships with senior executives. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies for winning new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging with prospective customers;
  • Articulate the GRC Solutions value proposition and help customers understand how it improves their governance, risk, and compliance;
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts;
  • Build trust and relationships with senior executives, demonstrating knowledge and professionalism;
  • Identify opportunities across cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions;
  • Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and present proposals to stakeholders;
  • Manage pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs;
  • Stay informed about the GRC market and competitors;
  • Maintain knowledge of products/services and industry developments;
  • Provide feedback to support sales strategy.

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in bringing in new business and high-value deals;
  • Experience in consultative selling and account management;
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs;
  • Experience working with C-Suite executives;
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce);
  • Experience with tenders, contracts, and negotiations;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets.
