GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy committed to delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy compliance.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. The role requires proactive, self-motivated individuals skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging prospective customers.
  • Articulate GRC Solutions' value proposition and demonstrate how it improves governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts.
  • Build trust and relationships with senior executives, showcasing knowledge and professionalism.
  • Identify opportunities across cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions.
  • Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and present proposals to stakeholders.
  • Manage pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Maintain knowledge of the market and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to support sales strategy.
Person Specification
Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling.
  • Track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in senior sales or key account management roles.
  • Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
  • Contract negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience working with C-Suite executives.
