This is a remote role.

GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy focused on delivering governance risk and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy compliance.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. This role requires a proactive, self-motivated individual skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and new business development. Responsibilities include identifying new customers, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging prospective customers.
  • Articulate the value proposition of GRC Solutions and demonstrate how it benefits clients' governance, risk, and compliance.
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts.
  • Build trust and relationships with senior executives through professionalism and industry knowledge.
  • Identify and develop opportunities within targeted markets.
  • Assist clients in identifying opportunities across cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions.
  • Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and prepare proposal documents for senior stakeholders.
  • Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Maintain knowledge of the market and competitors.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product offerings.
  • Gather customer and industry feedback to inform sales strategies.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling.

  • Experience in senior sales or key account management roles.

  • Contract negotiation and management skills.
  • Commercial acumen and experience working with C-Suite executives.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
