GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy dedicated to delivering governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and excel in consultative selling, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging prospective customers;
  • Articulate the GRC Solutions value proposition to help clients understand how it enhances their governance, risk, and compliance;
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts;
  • Build trust and relationships with senior executives through professionalism and relevance to business issues;
  • Identify opportunities across cybersecurity and data privacy compliance solutions;
  • Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and prepare proposals for senior stakeholders;
  • Manage pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting;
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs;
  • Maintain knowledge of the GRC market and competitors;
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge;
  • Provide feedback to support sales strategy;

Person Specification

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling;
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs;
  • Experience in senior sales or key account management;
  • Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and budgeting skills;
  • Contract negotiation skills;
  • Commercial acumen and experience working with C-suite executives;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce;
  • Experience with tenders and excellent MS Office skills;
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy markets;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
