GRC Solutions is a cybersecurity and privacy consultancy focused on governance, risk, and compliance solutions to safeguard digital environments and ensure data privacy.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will drive business growth by managing key accounts and acquiring new clients. You should be proactive, self-motivated, and skilled in consultative selling, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new business, including outbound prospecting and engaging prospective customers.
  • Articulate GRC Solutions's value proposition and educate customers on its benefits.
  • Manage and develop an account portfolio, including key accounts.
  • Build trust and relationships with senior executives through professionalism and knowledge.
  • Identify opportunities within targeted markets and develop relationships with decision-makers.
  • Assist customers in identifying cyber security and data privacy compliance opportunities.
  • Handle bids, pitches, tenders, and prepare proposals for stakeholders.
  • Manage sales pipeline, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently.
  • Maintain knowledge of the GRC market and competitors.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback to support sales strategy.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in bringing in new business and consultative selling.
