A leading medical technology company in Greater London is seeking a Sr. Director for Sales in Robotic Surgical Technologies. This role involves executing the regional sales strategy, leading a diverse team, and owning the P&L for the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in capital medical equipment sales, strong leadership abilities, and fluency in English. They will work collaboratively to drive market adoption and will be expected to travel extensively across the region.

The Sr. Director, Sales – Robotic Surgical Technologies, Western Europe will own full regional responsibility for robotics sales across multiple countries. Reporting to the VP, Surgical – Western Europe, this leader will determine, execute, and deliver financial performance that drives profitable growth. You will direct both strategic and tactical execution, while building and developing a high‑performing regional sales organization.
The role requires both visionary leadership and hands‑on execution, balancing long‑cycle capital equipment sales with near‑term business development and team enablement.
