A leading AI analytics platform is seeking a Customer Success Architect based either in London or Dubai. This role will focus on driving technical and analytics programs for clients in the EMEA region. Candidates should have 5-8 years of customer-facing technical experience, strong communication skills, and a problem-solving mentality. The role will be critical in driving both technical and analytics programs for our customers in the EMEA region. You will be enabling our customers to drive their products forward by driving consultative and technical initiatives connected to the success of the customer and their business priorities.
