SQL Developer - Borehamwood - £45,000 per year + discretionary bonus

A market-leading organisation based in Borehamwood is seeking a skilled SQL Developer to join its established and growing IT team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the development of innovative software solutions that support and enhance business operations. The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The IT department currently consists of approximately 20 professionals, including a dedicated development team of four, offering strong technical support and opportunities for growth.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with SQL and T-SQL
• Experience managing Sybase SQL Anywhere databases
• Knowledge of REST APIs for system integration
• Experience working with JSON queries and XML
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

The role will be based onsite at their Borehamwood office, with the potential for 1 day a week work from home flexibility post probation.

Salary is budgeted up to £45,000 per year, alongside a discretionary bonus which typically operates between 10 - 15% based off both personal and company performance.
