My client is a global, leading firm within executive search and are looking for an Analyst to join their Sports, Gaming and Media practice. This practice is host to a trio of specialist verticals. Each independent vertical has experts who collaborate and have cross over in the retrospective markets to create a diverse and interesting environment within the practice.

This role will suit a professional, commercially minded and enthusiastic individual who will be expected to provide research support to a portfolio of live mandates and business development projects. This is a very well-established practice who have a great reputation in their space. They are planning for significant growth within Augmented and Virtual Reality. It’s a very collaborative environment, with a lot of different nationalities working there and they pride themselves on their ability to develop peoples’ career in lots of different parts of the business, i.e. ability to move between functions, practices and locations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide research support to live mandates and business development projects for the Sports, Gaming and Media practice.
  • Assist in identifying talented individuals by understanding a business’s demands, mapping relevant markets, identifying and approaching people, and assessing their interest and fit for particular roles.
  • Collaborate with Partners and team to support growth and recruitment objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates and work across internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 12 months experience within executive search.
  • Strong academics, high level of intellect and tenacity, plus strong communication and research skills.
