Located on the edge of the Lake District National Park, Furness College is the largest FE College in Cumbria offering an extensive range of courses with a particular emphasis on technical learning, apprenticeships and Higher Education, in addition to the broadest A’ level offer in Cumbria.

We currently have a vacancy for a Sports Attendant in our Commercial Sport team. The successful candidate will be motivated and committed to promoting good physical and mental health. The Sports Attendant will supervise booking procedures, maintain sports centre resources and be responsible for the porterage and routine maintenance of equipment. Based at our sports reception, and overseeing the gym, pitch and sports hall facilities, excellent customer service skills are essential.

Hours: 19 hours per week

Tenure: Permanent (Term time only 40 weeks)

Annual Leave: N/A

Closing Date: 7th of October
