A leading health service provider in Harlow is seeking a proactive SPOC Administrator to support children and families through the Journey of Autism Diagnosis and Early Support pathway. This part-time role involves providing high-quality administrative support, coordinating appointments, and managing sensitive information. We are looking for a proactive and organised SPOC Administrator to join our dedicated team at Florence Nightingale Health Centre, Harlow. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting children and families through the JADES (Journey of Autism Diagnosis and Early Support) pathway.
As the first point of contact for the Essex service, you will provide high-quality, responsive administrative support, working closely with colleagues across the Early Childhood and Family Wellbeing Service (ECFWS), partner agencies, and the families we serve.
This is a permanent part‑time position for 35 hours a week.
Due to this role requiring occasional travel across our locality, a full UK driving license is required.
