Cisco is seeking a Security Technical Account Manager to drive Splunk adoption and security outcomes for key customers. You will translate complex use cases into best practices, collaborate with field and support teams, and ensure resilient, secure deployments across Unix/Windows environments.

You will mentor teams, document scalable processes, and seek product expansion opportunities within existing accounts while maintaining high CSAT scores.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional IT experience, including ≥3 years in information security.
• Experience with one or more SIEM or security log management systems (Splunk, ArcSight, LogRhythm, ELK, Q-Radar, Rapid7, Sentinel, Chronicle).
• Active Splunk certification with hands‑on experience managing Splunk premium apps (ES, SOAR/Phantom, or UBA).
• At least one industry‑standard security certification (GIAC, CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent).
• Experience in Unix and Windows environments, including CLI proficiency and scripting (Bash or Python).

Aufgaben

• Partner with customers in long‑term engagements to provide technical guidance on use case development, configuration, and optimization for ES and Splunk UBA.
• Resolve complex customer challenges proactively to minimize downtime and improve system resilience.
• Apply security domain expertise to accelerate customer adoption of Splunk with cross‑functional teams (Field Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Support).
• Engage with the broader Cisco account team to share critical information and align strategic plans.
• Build scalable processes, develop collateral, and implement tools to improve CSAT and document customer success stories.
• Identify and champion product expansion opportunities within existing accounts to support growth.
