Job summary

A respected educational provider in Romford is seeking an enthusiastic SpLD Tutor to support learners with Specific Learning Difficulties. This role, available full-time or part-time, involves providing one-to-one and small-group support to help students develop effective study strategies and build confidence. Qualifications

  • Recognised teaching qualification or SpLD-specific qualification (e.g., Level 5/7 SpLD, Dyslexia Specialist, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting learners with SpLDs in a further education setting.
  • Strong understanding of inclusive teaching strategies and effective support methods.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply).

We're supporting a fantastic college in Romford seeking an enthusiastic SpLD Tutor to join their team on a long‑term basis, starting as soon as possible.

In this role, you'll provide specialist one‑to‑one and small‑group support for learners with Specific Learning Difficulties, helping them develop effective study strategies, improve confidence, and achieve their academic goals.
