A private specialist clinic in London is looking for a compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to assess and treat children with communication disorders. The role begins part-time with growth potential to full-time. Competitive salary and benefits including 20 days paid leave and a pension scheme are offered.
Position: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: London, W1G
Role: Permanent / Part Time (2-3 days per week)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time
Our client is a private specialist clinic on prestigious Harley Street in the heart of London, celebrating its 20th year in 2025. These new roles enable the growth plan to expand the clinic and operations with private partners, such as local councils, schools, medical collaborations and organisations helping families with neurodivergent children.
The Speech and Language Therapist is the first SLT employed in the clinic, starting part‑time and building that part of the practice to add other practitioners and go full time. Targeted salary £55‑60,000, pro‑rated for part time.
Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) to join their team. The therapist will play a key role in assessing and treating children with speech, language, and communication disorders. This role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering evidence‑based interventions to help children reach their full potential. The therapist will work closely with families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, child‑centred care.
Our client regularly reviews salaries across clinical settings in the UK and strives to remain competitive for top talent, usually paying above UK NHS pay bands.
Our client operates along the UK government guidelines and utilises the pension scheme through NEST, contributing 3% of the employee’s salary to the scheme on their behalf, while they are automatically enrolled to contribute 5% of their salary. An opting‑out option is available if they prefer not to make contributions to the scheme.
Employees will immediately access 20 days of paid leave in addition to the UK bank holidays throughout the year.
A personalised development plan will support employee goals with guidance and support from the expertise available. The Clinical Director and CEO is a world‑renowned specialist and will be providing Sensory Integration training.
