A nonprofit home health organization is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist in the United Kingdom. Qualifications

  • Must have an active Wisconsin Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • Two years of experience in the field preferred.
  • Current CPR Certification is required.
  • Possess a valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer speech therapy to patients in their homes.
  • Ensure compliance with physician orders and plan of care.
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.

What does a Transitions at Home Speech Language Pathologist do?

A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.

Hours: Flexible
  • Monday through Friday
  • No Holidays
