The position is being offered by the prestigious Fine Dining Indian Restaurant in Glasgow that has been serving customers since 1982. The restaurant uses only the best local produce, fresh herbs and carefully selected whole spices, aiming to provide traditional Indian dishes while keeping up with modern food trends. It is one of Glasgow’s leading Indian restaurants and a destination of choice for Indian food lovers.
Your role involves skillful preparation of complex Tandoori dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with the job role, including training and supervising Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff.
