A healthcare organization in Wigan is seeking a Specialist Physiotherapist to join their Community Assessment Unit. You will provide high-quality support for patients being discharged from the hospital and lead assessments and treatment for complex cases. Candidates should have NHS experience and strong communication skills. This is a full-time permanent role with potential weekend hours.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Specialist Physiotherapist who will be based on the Community Assessment Unit based at RAEI, Wigan. The unit has 21 beds and 6 assessment chairs providing holistic specialist Geriatric Assessments. Our focus and priority is on the timely, safe and effective discharge of frail patients back into their normal place of residence. NHS experience is essential.

This is a permanent full-time (37.5 hours) post - some weekend working may be involved. An Enhanced DBS with Adults' Barred List checks will be obtained during pre-employment checks.
