Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in pharmacy obtained through four years undergraduate training.
  • Registered as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
  • Experience in pharmacy practice obtained through pre-registration training and examination.
  • A broad experience of clinical working in a number of specialty areas at a developed level.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the efficient delivery of the Medicines Information Service.
  • Develop and maintain policies and guidelines.
  • Liaise with medical and nursing staff regarding pharmacy services.
  • Identify and respond to risk management issues.
