A regional health organization in Sheffield is looking for a Specialist Pharmacist to support mental health services. We are seeking a Specialist Pharmacist to work clinically within designated teams in inpatient and community mental health settings, acting as an expert source of pharmaceutical advice promoting safe, cost‑effective and evidence‑based prescribing and medicines use. In addition to the above, you will help provide specialist mental health pharmaceutical support across the trust to achieve best outcomes with medicines and be available for out‑of‑hours on‑call support.
Use clinical pharmacy systems such as EPMA throughout the trust. Participate in continuous personal professional development and post‑registration qualifications. Mentor and support junior staff as part of departmental peer‑support systems.
