Position Details
  • Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
  • Gross salary package: Circa £34,000 (incl. share of tronc/service charge + target‑led bonus)**
  • Weekly working hours/days: up to 48 hours / 5 days (to be confirmed)
  • Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro‑rata); incentives; employer’s workplace pension; employee care and well‑being support + more
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes, contributing to a dynamic kitchen team that delivers exceptional dining experiences. Your expertise will help shape the menu and elevate the culinary standards of the establishment. You will also support junior kitchen staff through training and supervision.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in the preparation of authentic high‑quality Italian dishes
  • Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
  • Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Residency within commutable distance of up to one hour
