A leading care and support provider is seeking Specialist Behaviour Support Workers in Hertfordshire to assist customers with Autism and learning disabilities. The role focuses on supporting customers in everyday activities and promoting independence. Candidates should hold NVQ Level 2 and have at least 2 years' experience in relevant fields.
