Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location : Nottingham (Hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)

Salary : £24,000 per annum

Contract : Full-time, Permanent

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am 4pm or 9am 5pm

We re looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a collaborative and fast-moving international team based in Nottingham. You ll support a range of business customers, ensuring excellent service delivery across order management, logistics coordination, and after-sales care.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone fluent in Spanish and English who enjoys problem-solving, communicating with people from different backgrounds, and working in a team that values professionalism and positivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate deliveries and returns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Communicate clearly with internal departments (credit control, planning, logistics, and sales) to ensure customer expectations are met.
