  • Manage medical cases for travellers abroad – assess calls, gather clinical details, and provide clear, professional advice.
  • Coordinate care and transport – work with global teams to arrange treatment or other support as needed.
  • Guide patients and clients – ensure safe, cost‑effective decisions aligned with policy and duty of care.
  • Collaborate globally – liaise with Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse with acute, emergency or intensive care experience.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • Previous medical assistance or travel health experience is desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken Spanish, Portuguese and English required.
