Job summary

The Celtic Collection is seeking an experienced Spa Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of our Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms at Celtic Manor Resort. You will ensure luxury guest care, uphold five-star treatment standards and coach a high-performing team of spa therapists to deliver excellence.

Working with the Spa Management team, you will drive service delivery, manage bookings and stock, and maintain impeccable facilities, safety, and compliance across all spa activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist or Spa Supervisor in luxury settings.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development capabilities.
• Excellent guest care, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing bookings, stock control and spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences and treatment standards.
• Motivate, coach and support Spa Therapists to maximise performance and service delivery.
• Conduct treatments to brand and company standards.
• Assist with rota management, bookings, stock control and administration.
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are presented to the highest standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Support team briefings, training and development initiatives.
• Assist with achieving departmental targets and objectives.
• Act as a key contact within the spa and support management in leadership tasks.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene and operational procedures.

Previous experience

• Previous experience as a Senior Spa Therapist or Spa Supervisor within a luxury spa, hotel spa or wellness environment
• A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
• A passion for luxury hospitality, wellness and exceptional guest care
• Experience leading, coaching and supporting therapists to achieve high performance standards
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience managing bookings, stock control and operational spa procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to remain calm, organised and professional in a busy guest-focused environment
• A genuine commitment to delivering five-star service standards

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a luxury resort or five-star spa
• Experience carrying out a wide range of face and body treatments
• Knowledge of premium spa brands and treatment protocols
• Experience supporting team training, development and performance management
• Exposure to managing large teams or high-volume spa operations
