Celtic Manor Resort in Newport is seeking a skilled Spa Supervisor to lead our Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms. You will inspire a high-performance team while maintaining five-star guest care and treatment standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience leading, coaching and supporting therapists to achieve high performance.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms.
• Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and treatment standards.
• Motivate and coach Spa Therapists to maximise performance and service delivery.
• Assist with rota management, bookings, stock control and administration.
• Ensure treatment rooms and facilities are presented to the highest standards.

We arelooking for an experienced and passionate Spa Supervisor to support theday-to-day operation of our renowned Forum Spa and Ocius Treatment Rooms. Thisis an exciting opportunity for an established Senior Spa Therapist or currentSpa Supervisor looking to progress their career within one of the UK's leadingluxury resort destinations.

Workingalongside the Spa Management team, you will play a key role in deliveringexceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest treatment standards, andmotivating a team of talented therapists to achieve excellence every day.

Our IdealHero Will Have

• Previous experience as a Senior SpaTherapist or Spa Supervisor within a luxury spa, hotel spa or wellnessenvironment
• A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification(Level 3 or equivalent)
• A passion for luxury hospitality,wellness and exceptional guest care
• Experience leading, coaching andsupporting therapists to achieve high performance standards
• Strong organisational and administrativeskills
• Experience managing bookings, stockcontrol and operational spa procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills
• The ability to remain calm, organised andprofessional in a busy guest-focused environment
• A genuine commitment to deliveringfive-star service standards

DesirableExperience

• Previous experience within a luxuryresort or five-star spa
• Experience carrying out a wide range offace and body treatments
• Knowledge of premium spa brands andtreatment protocols
• Experience supporting team training,development and performance management
• Exposure to managing large teams orhigh-volume spa operations

• Lead by example in delivering exceptionalguest experiences and treatment standards
• Motivate, coach and support SpaTherapists to maximise performance and service delivery

• Assist with rota management, bookings,stock control and administration
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilitiesare presented to the highest standards at all times
• Handle guest feedback professionally andproactively, ensuring guest satisfaction remains a priority
• Support team briefings, training anddevelopment initiatives
• Assist with achieving departmentaltargets and objectives
• Act as a key point of contact within thespa, supporting management and stepping into leadership responsibilitieswhen required
• Ensure compliance with health &safety, hygiene and operational procedures
