Job summary

The Celtic Collection at Celtic Manor Resort invites a Spa Therapist to join our award-winning team. You will deliver professional massages and holistic therapies, offer personalised consultations, and promote our spa services and retail products.

You will maintain impeccable hygiene, assist in achieving guest satisfaction and sales goals, and ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared to create a relaxing guest experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Massage or Holistic Therapy (or equivalent).
• A passion for health, wellbeing and guest care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, team-focused approach.
• Confidence in recommending treatments and retail products.
