Job summary

Celtic Manor Resort is seeking a Casual Spa Therapist for St Brides Spa Hotel in Saundersfoot. You will deliver luxury spa treatments with personalised care, upholding high standards and a serene guest experience in a coastal luxury setting.

Ideal candidates have VTCT Level 3 Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy, strong communication skills, and the stamina to deliver up to 8 hours of treatments daily within a 5-star spa environment.

Qualifications

• VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (minimum entry level)
• Experience working in a college salon or equivalent practical environment
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with guests and colleagues alike
• The stamina to deliver up to 8 hours of treatments per day
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, detailed and personalised treatments every time
• Desirable extras: TEMPLESPA/VOYA, Hot Stones Massage, Reflexology, or 5‑star luxury spa experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of luxury treatments to 5-star standards, tailoring your approach to guest needs
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, hygiene standards and professional presentation
• Ensure consultation and prescription cards are accurately completed before and after each treatment
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly to the spa leadership team
• Restock treatment rooms following stock requisition procedures to maintain readiness
• Support colleagues, communicate effectively with reception, and contribute to a smooth guest journey
• Promote spa promotions and events, and contribute to achieving personal and team targets
• Attend required training, briefings and meetings, staying up to date with protocols and new initiatives
