Job summary

Sofitel Heathrow is seeking a Spa Receptionist to greet guests, manage bookings, and ensure a serene guest experience in our premium spa. You will handle payments, maintain client records, and support therapists with scheduling and service information.

Ideal candidates will have excellent English communication, strong organization, and a proactive, team-based mindset. Previous 5-star hotel experience is a real advantage; uniform and meals are provided on duty.

Responsibilities

• Spa Receptionists in our team play a pivotal role in creating a serene and enjoyable experience for our spa guests.
• Contributing to the overall feeling of well-being and relaxation.
• Greet our guests with a warm welcome as they arrive at the spa.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process creating a friendly impression.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.
• Performing various administrative tasks such as processing payments, handling phone calls, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.
