Job summary

Sofitel London Heathrow is an award-winning hotel and the perfect blend of style and convenience, connected to Terminal 5 with 605 spacious rooms and multiple dining options. We are seeking a guest-facing team member to seat guests, present menus, take orders and serve with warmth in a luxury setting.

You will listen to guest needs, build rapport, and make recommendations while ensuring impeccable service and a polished appearance. Growth opportunities exist across the Arora Group’s properties.
