Sofitel Heathrow is seeking a Spa Receptionist to welcome guests, manage registrations, and schedule treatments in a serene spa setting within a 5-star hotel connected to Terminal 5. You will contribute to exceptional guest experiences and maintain smooth front-desk operations.

Ideal candidates will show outstanding English communication, organization, and a proactive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced hospitality team. Competitive salary with benefits and live in-parking details available.

Responsibilities

• Greet our guests with a warm welcome as they arrive at the spa.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process creating a friendly impression.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.
• Performing various administrative tasks such as processing payments, handling phone calls, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.

Salary – £26,520 plus Tronc
