Job summary

Sofitel London Heathrow is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver memorable guest experiences at our award-winning hotel connected to Terminal 5.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, and plan promotions while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster team dynamics to meet guests’ needs and brand standards.
• Monitor restaurant performance via guest feedback and financial results; take corrective action as needed.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests.
• Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Manage staffing levels according to business demands.
• Address guest concerns promptly and attentively.
• Coach, train, and support the team to maintain high standards.
