Job summary

Sofitel London Gatwick is seeking a Night Receptionist to ensure a warm, efficient check-in/out process and guest assistance throughout the night. You will greet guests, handle inquiries, and coordinate with departments to maintain seamless service, while upholding brand standards and a calm, professional demeanor.

Experience in a 4-star hotel and Opera PMS knowledge are advantageous; a friendly, proactive approach is essential.
