Job summary

Sofitel London Gatwick is seeking Night Recepcionists to deliver warm, welcoming guest service during overnight shifts. You will greet guests, check them in and out efficiently, and provide information about hotel facilities and local area.

Handle inquiries, collaborate with departments, and prepare guest bills with accuracy for a seamless stay. Strong English communication, a team-focused attitude, and prior hotel experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Provide warm, friendly guest service at reception.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Work with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare guests' bills and resolve billing questions.
