Job summary

InterContinental London O2 is seeking a Night Receptionist to deliver warm, attentive service to guests throughout their stay. You will handle check-in/check-out, provide information on facilities and local attractions, and resolve queries with professionalism.

We value strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask calmly under pressure. A smart, professional appearance and 5-star hotel experience are advantages.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
