A Sous Chef is required for this beautiful property set in a charming town in Oxfordshire.

This gastro pub is renowned for their beautiful combination of traditional and modern British cuisine, sourced locally and worked with using modern techniques.

The interior is beautifully designed, with a modern turn on the décor while maintaining traditional and original feel and features.

The modern kitchen provides a perfect environment for you to continue to push on in your career.

The kitchen is manned by an extremely dedicated and talented brigade and is now looking for a Sous Chef, with a fresh food background in a similar environment, to join the team.

As Sous Chef you will:

• Assist in the day to day running of the kitchen
• Be innovative and committed
• Have a passion for excellent food, ingredients and service
• Be required to maintain high quality and consistency with a professional “can do “attitude
• Have a background working within gastronomic establishments and you will be looking to work within a kitchen where the highest level of food is produced
