A Sous Chef is required for this award-winning gastro inn located in a quaint town in the North Yorkshire countryside
This quaint county Inn oozes charm and is set within idyllic surroundings, they have 10 guest bedrooms and have an excellent reputation within the local area and is well known for it’s traditional British cuisine which has a modern twist and is put together using fresh locally sourced ingredients and is therefore extremally busy serving around 150 – 200 covers over the weekends.
There is a professional and talented brigade of 5 Chefs and they are now looking for a passionate and dedicated Sous Chef to join them.
The right candidate must have experience in working with fresh food restaurants which are a high standard and also have experience working in high volume establishments
