Job summary

A leading catering company in Central London seeks a dynamic Sous Chef to support menu planning and daily operations. The ideal candidate will lead and motivate the kitchen team while ensuring high culinary standards. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, along with flexibility for events. The Sous Chef will also focus on sustainability and compliance with food safety regulations, contributing to a positive and collaborative kitchen culture.

Currently we have a fantastic opportunity for a creative,energetic and dynamic Sous Chef to work with in a busy client site in Central London, who is committed to producing dishes without compromise.

About the Role

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7am - 3.30pm with flexibility for events

  • Support the Head Chef with menu planning, development, and daily operations.

Take an active role in leading and motivating the kitchen team , maintaining a positive and collaborative culture.

Ensure smooth service delivery and uphold exceptional culinary standards at all times.

Assist in achieving financial targets through effective stock management, portion control, and minimising wastage .

Contribute to our commitment to sustainability, community support, and CSR initiatives .

Maintain full compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Allergen, and Environmental legislation
