Job description

Sous chef required for an establishment in the Berkshire area, this is 40 hours a week, you get a good life balance in this kitchen. This is a sous chef role working under the Head chef and the senior sous chef. There is parking on site. This is fresh food, they have a restaurant and also some events.

The role

As a sous chef you will ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and working with the head chef and the senior sous chef. You will ensure everything runs smoothly, help train the chefs and step into sections that need support. This sous chef role includes all the standard sous chef duties.

Experience

We are ideally looking for a sous chef from a fresh food background and able to do both events and also the restaurant. You will be a good all rounder and work around the kitchen.
