Job summary

Café Rouge is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our team. You will be responsible for organising, co-ordinating and delivering service for one or more sections in our fast, paced kitchens, and for working with the brigade to produce dishes to specification.

You will lead by example, nurture junior team members, and maintain spotless working environments with excellent knife skills. Join us for a lively kitchen culture and great staff benefits.

• Proven ability to organise and coordinate service in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to lead and develop junior team members.
• Excellent knife skills and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Able to work well with the brigade to produce dishes in compliance with our specifications
• Able to lead by example, to nurture, lead and develop junior team members.
• Have excellent knife skills
• Clean down kitchens to ensure spotless working environments!
