A traditional pub is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team and produce quality fresh food. You'll play a key role in menu design along with a Head Chef and have autonomy in your role. The ideal candidate has a strong leadership background, excellent communication skills and a passion for quality cooking.
