Qualifications

• Previous experience essential in a similar chef role (Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie).
• Qualifications desirable (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent).
• Flexible and reliable, able to work early, mid, and late shifts.

• £14.55 per hour
• 37.5 hours per week (5 out of 7 days)
• Mixture of shift patterns :

Shift patterns:

• Early: 06:00 - 13:30
• Mid: 11:30 - 19:30
• Late: 12:00 - 20:00
• Accessible by bus route

Meal Service Times:

Breakfast - 07:00 to 08:15

Lunch - 12:30 to 13:15

Dinner - 18:00 to 19:00

About the Role

We’re currently recruiting two experienced Sous Chefs to join our friendly catering team at Prince William of Gloucester Barracks.

You’ll work as part of a team of 4, delivering high-quality, freshly prepared meals for around 160 service personnel.
