Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our London mobile Guest Services team, where members are the centre of our business, providing a seamless service. You will receive ongoing training to work in various stunning London locations and diverse working environments, enabling you to provide holiday and sickness cover. This exposure allows you to develop your skills and gain experience working in various corporate settings.

What You'll Do

As a SOS Guest Services Team Member, you'll be the go-to presence on site – visible, proactive, and always ready with a warm welcome or a helping hand. You'll be instrumental in delivering an exceptional guest and colleague experience every day by the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring smooth registration using internal systems. Escort guests to their meetings and create a positive first impression that sets the tone for their visit. Handle visitor and colleague requests promptly, with clear and timely communication. Build rapport with regular guests, sharing relevant insights with the wider team.
  • Workplace Operations: Support workplace experience initiatives, events, and activities in collaboration with the client's teams. Perform twice-daily floor inspections to ensure all spaces are safe, clean, and presentable. Maintain meeting rooms throughout the day so they remain ready and well-stocked. Monitor and uphold lobby and common area standards, coordinating with housekeeping and catering as needed.
  • Mail, Parcels, and Logistics: Manage incoming mail and packages with care and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery and proper logging.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with departments such as cleaning, facilities, AV, IT, and events to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Log and follow up on service requests and maintenance issues, maintaining a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
  • Safety and Security: Stay alert and aware at all times to help maintain a secure environment for all staff and visitors.
