We are currently seeking an experienced Retail Banking Analytics Solutions Consultant to join our Banking & Capital Markets segment in London.

About the role

This is a client-facing, solutions-oriented position (not hands-on coding) responsible for shaping analytics-led propositions, driving commercial conversations, and supporting business development across retail banking analytics.

You will engage directly with senior banking stakeholders, lead solution design, support pre-sales activities, and help grow the analytics portfolio and P&L.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives across retail banking domains — collections & recoveries, underwriting, marketing, fraud, and risk / regulatory reporting .
• Translate complex business challenges into pragmatic analytics-enabled solutions .
• Drive client conversations, proposals, and pitches; own solution design and commercial structuring.
• Support pre-sales activities including proposals, bid responses, and presentations.
