Hybrid 2-3 days a week in office.

Objectives and Scope of Services

Provide advice and guidance to Service Capability Project Teams; Support and review existing and new requirements, including URD, SRD, HLD, to ensure content and clarity is to an appropriate level of detail.

Ensure requirements for solutions are being met by proposed solution designs.

Review activity and provide SME input into proposed solution designs, including requirement definition, security considerations, functional fit, capability and delivery capability.

Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.

Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Prepare and document testing requirements.

Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations.

Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.

Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.

Deliver SME activities in support of the development and sustainment of Server based services.
